SuperLenny Review: A Super Experience with a Special Sportsbook
- Super Lenny
- MarketsFootball, Tennis , Horse racing
It’s a new and exciting brand that has really grabbed the attention with a distinctive ‘ambassador’ but what substance is there behind SuperLenny.com/gb to attract the customers? We decided the only way to find out was to sign up and see for ourselves so below is our SuperLenny review detailing our positive experience.
A Site that really wants you to sign up
After hovering around the SuperLenny homepage for a few seconds, I was invited to sign up with the sportsbook. A banner comes up with the distinctive SuperLenny stag logo and a message that says ‘you’re new here aren’t you?’.
Some players might not be sure about this but I was perfectly OK as I was looking into signing up anyway, and by doing this they saved me time. When clicking on the message I was taken to the registration page and presented with a simple three-step sign up.
The first form is simply a case of inputting your email and then choosing a username and password. The second form is slightly longer with email and other contact details being requested and then, it’s just a case of verification via an email link.
It’s superfast at SuperLenny and I was welcomed as new player in just a few short minutes so this is a great start for our SuperLenny review.

Follow the Deer for a Functional Website
The logo is a very distinctive deer who is backed up by the phrase ‘Deer to be Different’. This is, presumably, Lenny himself and he is always around, guiding you through the site and showing you the best bets on the sportsbook.
He encouraged me to sign up but should I be thankful to him for doing that? The start of the journey is a good one because I found this site very easy to navigate around and all of the separate sections were exactly where I expected them to be.
The live sporting events are right in the middle of the page while future markets are listed down the left hand side with the most popular events showing first. Some players might prefer an A to Z list of sports but this is a compact section and it’s easy to find the bet you want.
The one exception to this is customer services and the help options are hidden away a little at the bottom of the home page alongside details of funding and licensing. That’s just a minor point and while this isn’t the most attractive site with its grey design, it more than makes up for that with functionality and a portal that is simple to move around.

Like all good sportsbooks, SuperLenny are very open about their licensing and all of the relevant information can be found at the bottom of their homepage. This is very important for a relatively new bookmaker because it helps to build trust so once again, this SuperLenny review is digging out some real positives.
SuperLenny has complied with regulations to provide their service to account holders in the United Kingdom while the main license is held in Malta.
The company takes responsible gambling very seriously and there are logos and links to sites which can help with betting problems while it’s also possible to self restrict and exclude when you log on. Site security is paramount so all of the important boxes are ticked under this safety and regulations section.
What Great Bonuses are up for grabs?
If you’re like me you will have headed straight to this part of the SuperLenny review to see what welcome bonus is available. The news isn’t great for players in the UK however as there is no opening deal on the table as of August 2018 but we suggest that you look beyond that and consider the other benefits.
What we did find when we looked at everyday odds was that this bookmakers is exceptionally competitive on a whole range of markets from the most popular options such as football and tennis bets, right down to the niche bets from so-called minority sports.
There is a bonus in other parts of the world and incentives can be picked up at the casino so the situation with the sportsbook may change in the future but for now, we urge you not to be a bonus hunter and to look instead at those long term, competitive odds.
What Markets can I bet on?
There is something of a traditional feel to the list of sporting markets at SuperLenny and the bookmaker certainly seems to concentrate on the most popular events. Football is a big focal point with many thousands of betting options made available on any day of the week so that means the big leagues are covered along with many of the smaller divisions from across the world.
Other popular options such as tennis and golf also have good coverage and I’ve found that SuperLenny is also very strong on US sports so for those that like to bet in the NFL, NHL, NBA and more, this is a great place to play.
Although niche events are at a minimum, this bookmaker does give a fantastic eSports service so if you like to bet on virtual play, and games such as Starcraft or Counter Strike: Global Offensive, you should definitely check them out.
Overall this section of the SuperLenny review has a simple message with a compact list that focuses on giving a great experience for the most popular sporting markets.
How about the Live Betting Experience?
At the very top of the home page there is a separate button for live betting which, when clicked, took me to all of the in-play events that were available at that specific time. The main focal point here is on football with wide coverage and good prices on all the games that are live at the time you log on.
While football dominates, there are other sports to enjoy including big events like the US Open tennis, all the way down to smaller games in minority sports and there is also a lively market for eSports too.
Personally I concentrate on football but I would certainly consider coming here for live betting on any sport so this is another positive part of this SuperLenny review.
Players will be spoilt for choice when they come to make their first deposit into their new SuperLenny account. The more traditional ways of funding such as debit and credit cards are here while there is the option to use any of the major eWallet providers too.
Skrill, Neteller and PaySafeCard payments have also been made available so any prospective new customer must have at least one way of gaining access to this sportsbook.
How was the Customer Service?
SuperLenny has you covered in regards to all possible ways of getting in touch. Many of us like to use a live chat operator because this is the quickest method of solving a problem. It’s a little lazy maybe but if you’re short on time then this is the best option so it’s good to see that facility here.
A set of Frequently Asked Questions is also available although this is a little basic but for those that have a simple query, it may be better to start here. Alternatively, customers can contact SuperLenny via email.
We tested the chat and the email contact and found both to be fast, friendly and effective and as another positive point to note, the services are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Some Positive Add Ons Too
SuperLenny offers up some useful statistics for those who want to do some thorough research before placing a bet and there is a blog section known as Lenny Speaks where previews and news relating to sporting events can be found. The football section of this blog is updated regularly although news relating to other sports is a little less frequent.
At present, we couldn’t find details of any live streaming service but SuperLenny does have a facility known as Live Scores where players can keep updated on news from current, major matches.
- Ability to bet in-store
- Mobile App
- Variety of Markets
- Customer Care
- Easy Registration
- Bonus Offer
- Banking Options
- Loyalty Program
In all honesty the rating would have been higher if there had been more in the way of welcome offers but while it would be nice to see them drop in over the following months, we do urge prospective new players to look beyond that fact and consider the value that is here on a daily basis.
That value comes from some of the best prices around and the odds here offer good competition for all sportsbooks, no matter how long they have been trading. It’s all about finding a long term home here with value odds and a good set of markets both for ante post and live betting so this SuperLenny review has no hesitation in recommending that you sign up.
